For Specialty classes, Explore Your Core and Youth Exploring Exercise & Nutrition, preregistration is required.

Please submit form with your contact information. A minimum of 6-8 participants (depending on class) must preregister for the class to be offered.  Cost of class must be paid in full no later than posted deadline. Please understand when you submit a form for a specialty class you are signing up for the class and you are counted as a number which enables us to offer the class.

Please mail a check to 456 Morphy Ave. Make check payable to Integrated Fitness. If there are not enough participants preregister for a class, we will send your check back to you or shred it.

We will contact you the day after preregistration deadline to let you know if the class will be offered.

We don't allow drop-ins for specialty classes due to the progressive nature of the class. However, you are welcome to drop in for a regularly scheduled class.

For youth programs, enter the child's name and age in the additional information box.
