9:15 Pilates Plus- w/ Lynette Staggers
This class draws from the influences of Pilates and Yoga (primarily Pilates). Emphasis is on engaging your mind and body with your movement while improving core strength , balance, flexibility and posture. May include the use of tools (stability balls, light weight and/or resistance bands) to challenge your deep core stabilizers. Great class to transform your body as a whole. Must have some Pilates experience.

4:00 BootCamp w/Gina Holcombe
Designed for beginner/intermediate levels. Class incorporates cardio, strength and core conditioning exercises. May include the use of lightweights, resistance bands, jump ropes and stability balls in a circuit style setting.
Tuesday/ Thursday
5:30 p.m. Pilates w/Kathy Ellis
Mat class designed to strengthen the core musculature. Emphasis is on mind/body/breath while improving flexibility, strength, posture and body awareness. Exercises based on Pilates principles. All levels welcome.
Friday
9:30 Yoga Flow w/Billie Reinhart
A flowing sequence based on a series of poses linked together to improve strength, balance and flexibility . Followed by relaxation pose to regain mental clarity and decrease stress. Alignment principles are applied to poses. All levels of experience welcome.
